I’m a proud mum of two beautiful girls, Sophie and Pippa (Little S & P). From my certified home kitchen, I love to make filling and satisfying, nutritious treats made with ingredients that fuel the body!
Both my girls experienced food sensitivities and intolerances as babies which led me to eliminate many foods from my diet so I could continue to breastfeed. As a trained chef and experienced caterer, it was strange to be on the other side of the dietary nightmare! But I took on the challenge, quickly becoming obsessed with raw treats and making delicious creations to fulfil my sweet cravings.
The more I share my story with people, the more I have realised how many new mothers adjust their diets for various reasons. This constantly recurring conversation is what inspired me to make delicious, nutritious treats and make them available to others.
